Recent projects in this area include a timber design optimising tool -, research project with Natural Resources Canada, and CO2 calculator tool with a construction company in Quebec. Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Executive professional to join our team. If you understand the importance of listening and can quickly get a deep understanding of what your clients care about then you may be the person we are looking for! An ideal candidate will have a passion for people, high level of empathy and a thorough understanding and practical experience with various sales techniques. Willingness to read, learn and continuously improve your sales skills are essential. Artificial Intelligence services are interesting to sell, and we provide training in the core skills of AI and Machine learning that are required to speak to our potential customers. We are looking for pro-active candidates that like to explore and have passion to meet new people and learn something new every day. There is a lot of learning that will be involved with this job, so if you’re looking for an easy sales job then this is not for you. We’re looking for candidates that aim high and are very ambitious, as our company provides huge opportunities to grow.

Job Responsibilities

• Find prospects and new business opportunities

• Organise calls and meetings with new potential clients

• Organise and maintain the CRM database (500+ contacts)

• Attend AI events and build a network

• Learn about Artificial Intelligence and machine learning services

• Develop a sales pitch for each of the services and client categories

• Develop and continuously evolve the strategy to close new clients

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects

• Feedback intelligence on customer demand to the team to further develop the AI offering

• Attend workshops, read books and continuously learn new technical and sales skills

• Build and maintain your professional network

Key Requirements:

• BSc degree, preferably in STEM

• Love meeting new people, socialising and networking

• Have passion for learning and continuous self-improvement

• High level of empathy and strong listening skills

• Apply deep knowledge of various sales techniques to close whenever possible

• Experience selling technical solutions

• Ability to negotiate

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

• Confident, comfortable at public speaking

• Passionate about sales

• Basic understanding of digital marketing

• Ambition for fast career progression achieved with hard work and commitment

Salary & Benefits

• £36,000 pa + Commission (10-15% on sales)

• Shares in the business offered after successful 6-month probation period
