Responsibilities

A Technical Project Manager at Brainpool will be responsible for coordinating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects, managing a team of developers and consultants to ensure a streamlined agile development. The technical PM will also be in charge of maintaining strong client relationship throughout projects, ensuring our clients remain informed and their expectations are well managed. Managers will also be responsible for liaising with non-technical stakeholders to translate the finer details of AI projects, and act as a link between the technical and non-technical teams. The key day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Support the AI strategy development to ensure the proposed development plan and schedule is feasible and in line with client’s expectations
  • Define and agree project objectives with all stakeholders
  • Analyze and develop procedures for management and delivery of technical projects
  • Ensure resources are allocated according to project requirements
  • Support in budget allocation and tracking
  • Be responsible for organising scrum meetings, retrospectives and reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with the agreed strategy
Required Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience leading agile technical projects and experience working with artificial intelligence development teams. Applicants will also have a STEM degree, with applied coding experience desirable and a good level of technical understanding. Strong communications skills and evidenced experience of stakeholder management across levels of technical literacy is required.

Expected Start Date: May/June 2023

Expected Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: Remote/Hybrid with some travel to London and Greater Manchester
