What could your team do with less report admin?

A live session on where AI is genuinely working in TIC — and where it isn't.

What we'll cover

Three ways AI is reshaping TIC

No tool tour. Three areas where TIC companies are already seeing measurable change, and the honest limits of each.

01

Reporting without the write-up

Inspection and audit reports drafted from the evidence your teams already capture — hours of write-up reduced to minutes of review.

02

Your standards, made answerable

Decades of technical standards, methods and precedent sit in documents nobody can search. AI trained on your own corpus makes them answerable in plain language.

03

Compliance without the paperwork

TIC businesses deal with complex standards, regulations and documentation every day. AI can help reduce the repetitive work around them, while technical decisions and sign-off remain with the people responsible.

Who it's for

Built for the people who carry the technical risk

Certification bodies, inspection businesses and testing laboratories under the same pressure: rising demand, flat headcount, and no appetite for tools that can't be audited.

If you've been asked what AI means for your accreditation scope, this session is for you.

C-suite & business leaders

Responsible for turning AI into meaningful business transformation.

Technical & operations directors

Balancing delivery capacity with growing demand.

Quality & compliance leads

Accountable for traceability, quality and accreditation scope.

Innovation & digital leads

Responsible for developing an AI approach that stands up to scrutiny.

Your speaker

Peter Bebbington

Co-founder & CEO, Brainpool AI

Peter builds AI systems from the ground up — full-stack production infrastructure that scales from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment, across finance, healthcare and manufacturing.

Having guided hundreds of AI implementations into production, his view is that successful adoption takes more than algorithms: it needs reliable infrastructure, pragmatic engineering, and systems teams can actually maintain.

He leads a network of over 600 AI and machine learning experts, with specialists from UCL, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT and Stanford.

Before the session

Read the groundwork first

Our TIC page walks through the four back-office workflows we'll be discussing — quoting, tender response, standards monitoring and report generation — and what each takes to run inside accreditation scope.

Questions

Before you register

Is this about replacing inspectors?

No. Every example we’ll show gives technical staff more capacity — removing the documentation load around the judgement work, not the judgement itself.

Do I need technical knowledge of AI to follow it?

No. The session is built for technical and operational leaders, not data scientists. Where we go into detail, it’s about process and accountability rather than model architecture.

What about our data and accreditation scope?

We’ll cover it directly. Brainpool deploys inside your own cloud environment, and you retain ownership of what we build — both of which matter when an assessor asks how a report was produced.

Will there be a recording?

Yes — registered attendees get the recording and the slides afterwards. The live hour is where the Q&A happens, though, and that’s the part people tell us was most useful.

Is it a sales pitch?

It’s a working session on what does and doesn’t hold up in TIC. If you want to talk afterwards, we’ll make that easy — but the hour stands on its own.
